How do you protect delicate clock hands and glass during shipping? Shipping items with fragile glass and external hands requires absolute mastery. We apply rigid safety packaging rules: every Calistora clock features temporary protective locks to hold the hands firmly in place, wrapped in thick high-density shock-absorbing foam inserts, and tightly sealed inside heavy-duty corrugated shipping boxes to survive transit completely unscathed.

Returns & Satisfaction

What is your return policy? We want you to fall in love with your walls. We accept returns on completely unused clocks in their original, secure packaging with all hand-guards and protective films intact within 30 days of delivery.
